Description

Hannah Butler and Zoe Cohen talk openly about the challenges and joys of working in the eco coaching space. They explore the complexities of grief, societal collapse, and the importance of resistance, resilience, and regeneration in the face of climate change and systemic issues. They also reflect on the journey of self-discovery and the importance of finding fellow travellers in this challenging landscape.

The guests on this episode are discussing matters of global importance and are sharing their personal experiences, as we appreciate this may be of value to some of our members. Please be aware that although the conversations touch on political elements, EMCC is independent, and our role is to bring topics of interest and importance to our members.

As a highly experienced board-level director, and Master Coach, Zoe Cohen combines her two greatest passions: safeguarding the future of our one, shared planetary home; with enabling and encouraging people to shine and to take action. She finds joy in supporting individuals, teams and organisations who share these twin passions, both personally and professionally. Zoe believes in aspiring to be our best adult selves – in the moment, every moment – and challenging ourselves to step up to what we know we are capable of.

At the time of recording, Hannah Butler was Director for Coaching Practice with EMCC UK. Hannah is a qualified coach and trainer. She has worked in education and training for over 20 years, in leadership and management for 15 years and at senior level for over 10 years. She has a deep knowledge, understanding and experience of the challenges of leadership. Hannah is a true believer in active learning, encouraging individuals and teams to be active participants in their training and facilitation.
